Curious yet Cautious

I am humbled and touched

I still think that teacher's day celebrations is a popularity contest for the most part of it..
especially with the presents and who gets more..
but then when you really get heartfelt thanks and gratitude from students..
you cannot help but feel touched..
mind you, i wld have actually cried if i had not been able to control myself~

usually it's the final year students who write meaningful letters and cards to you
because they are more matured and you have been with them for a few years..
with this batch, i have been with them for 2 1/2 years...
they are my first batch, so def the BT  (beginner teacher) syndrome strikes hard....

to have the naughtiest saying thank you to you for having faith in them
to have them saying thank you for helping them and caring for them...
i really wanted to cry...

all in all, srsly this card is my most fav present...with sincerity and humility~

and then my 4E kids actually made a card...
even though i am no longer their form teacher (i was theirs last yr but due to circumstances i am not this yr)
i am indeed touched!!!
how they wanted me to be their form teacher again and how they missed me..
awwww~
indeed, i am gg to miss my final year students when they graduate this year...

if u wan know how the rest of the students were..
it was quite funny..
the freshie Sec 1 baked cookies coz they were trying to practise their new found skills...
but so funny coz they were a tad too sweet...my family were like gg AMAI!

the sec 2s seem to go crazy over chocos and i received a lot of chocs and aromatherapy candles...
orz..i wanted to ask..do i really look like i am THAT stressed out?

sometimes i LOL at their gifts..
to me, and i think it applies to many teachers..
our preferred gifts = good results, good behaviour and appreciation~

they 'barged' into the set of NatsuNiji  in Hey Hey Hey Champ...
and Jun look uber HAWTNESS!!!
in the light pink tee...uwa~~~~

and they interviewed blur Takeuchi Yuko-san..
asked her straight-on her favourite Arashi song..
and she answered by singing the song...
what is it...well, the lyrics go "Gambaru sa~ Make nai no sa~"

and Hime in his helpful nature answered " That's Kimi no tame ni boku ga iru"...

Hehe, so adorable how he said it with much helpfulness and amazement~

She also added that her current fav song is Love Rainbow..

nyahaha~She's so cute how she said it with a straight face and pure earnestness and innocence!!!
Jun was lol-ing coz it's like promotion and related to the drama and arashi...

awww~
now me off to bathe and slowly catch up with drama while i mark..

well, before this morning, i was in the mood of happiness and satisfaction...

coz of yesterday's dinner...
the pre-dinner activity can be considered quite fun...
they had sillhouette paper cutting and it was considered to be so cool since she just took a look at your side profile and cut a profile of you...

if u were to ask me how i feel right now...
i feel much better than this morning..
but to say that I am alright...am still far from it...
whole day thought about it and it just doesn't bring any solution or explanation...
every time i speak of it, i feel like crying...
trying to stop myself from crying since this morn i bawled my eyes out...
now puffy eyes..look quite bad..orz..
went retail shopping(tho i'm not sppsd to) and bought MORE - Arashi cover to soothe myself...

Random thoughts

1. will be giving lectures one each for the next two days...nervous about it since it will be my first time addressing the final years in relation to their papers...

2. i love Qoo~ miss Qoo and glad I got to drink it just now~

3. Haruna Ai is getting prettier (until the makeup is removed, gdness wat horror and nightmare!!!)... i love him/her more and more

4. Craving for Mister Donuts' doughnuts found in Taiwan..

5. Dunno what to wear for Teachers' Day Dinner this Friday. Theme is Back to Nature but so far, all I have is a black white dress, black tights, black rose bangle and silver Grecian leaves headband...hmmm, how it's related to nature..have to figure that out..

6. Feels that OneMans show is the best~

7. Feels the need to lose weight but has no freaking time for it..imagine that!

8. Wants to cut hair but no time...

9. Feels working in bookstore is still the best and therapeutic...even the paper cuts will be therapeutic!

10. ML makes me want to go for concert more! *prays hard*
